This is an intense HIIT workout that I actually did this morning, I am getting back into a routine of training 3-4 times a week rather than 2-3 times. I have goals to achieve and making changes towards them. It is important to always choose to make changes towards your goals, because changing your mind can be your power, especially when it is for the better, in the long run. As stated in the title, this is a HIIT workout focusing on legs and is done with the use of dumbbells.

- Romanian Deadlifts

- Calf Raises
I usually finish off my workouts with 1.5-2 km at a steady pace to a quick last 100m dash, because I believe that it is vital in achieving fat loss to do cardio post weight training to manage building or revealing muscle in the long run, because it is all about the long-term.
